Meetings with clients have shown demand for a larger version of the VQ40 which would also be made of composite and suitable for outboard engines. In addition, we’ve heard from several potential owners who would like extra interior space for weekends away, an even higher level of comfort and the option to travel longer distances at a relatively high speed. All in all, many good reasons to sit down and brainstorm with Guido de Groot to develop the first designs for a possible VQ53.
