…we soon developed the idea of using the VQ16 to power the flyboarder. Normally jet skis are used to propel flyboarders into the air with a waterjet, but we found that a VQ16 could also fulfil this task. Bo was on Ibiza in June, giving us the ideal opportunity to try all the possibilities of a VQ16 moored there.
“The VQ16 was a perfect ‘driver’,” says Bo. “Of course, it looks great too which makes the overall picture so much more attractive. I was able to perform the same stunts as I would with ordinary jet skis, but there was one major benefit… The VQ16 accommodates five people, which makes the flyboarding experience extra special.
